Group Adult/Teen Swimming Lessons
Learn to swim in a group!
These lessons are designed especially for beginning adults who may wish to overcome their fear of the water, or those adults who want to improve swimming technique and ability. The focus is on addressing the participant's individual needs and the fundamentals of all the basic strokes.
These classes will provide an understanding of the basic skills required for swimming such as floating, kicking and breathing and will enable swimmers to swim at least half a lap of proficient freestyle and backstroke.
Whether you are having lessons for the first time, looking to improve your strokes, learn new strokes or swim for fitness, we have the classes for you! Adult classes run for 45 minutes.
